I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience, along with a background in healthcare as a CNA and nursing student. I created my mobile massage practice to make it easier for people to receive the care they need without the stress of having to leave home.

I specialize in therapeutic, relaxation-focused bodywork for people dealing with pain, tension, stress, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm. My approach is calming, intentional, and focused on helping your body truly relax and let go.

With mobile massage, I bring everything needed to create a peaceful, professional experience right in your own spac so after your session, you can stay cozy, hydrated, and relaxed instead of jumping back into traffic or errands.

I currently provide in-home massage sessions throughout Centre, Clinton, and Lycoming Counties.

My goal is simple: to help you feel safe, supported, and better in your body when I leave than when I arrived!
